And while other games were eating my time Lycan Tales sat.  Well,  no more! It's finally be updated. Again, I just want to thank the people who email, messaged, twittered and sent secrets about LT. That means a lot to me. Hopefully it won't be seven months between the next update. Read it here.

I downloaded a new world this morning. Anne Arbor. It has a little of everything. 'Burbs, city, country, uptown, swamps! Love it! Instead of making a new Sim, however, I decided to instead use one of the pre-mades. Naturally, the pre-made that interested me had four occupants and they were in horrible need of a makeover! I left their facial structure and everything the same. I changed skins, hair and eye color on two because they all had green eyes. These shots are posted on my tumblr as well. How is everyone?

Trying to stay interested in TS3 so I came up with a thing...I don't know what to call it. It's not a legacy but...meh! *shrug* I posted this blurb on tumblr and got a pretty good response so I thought why not!? :P

I'm going to try something different so that I stay interested in the Sims longer than I have been...although you guys know I switch out games like crazy! Anyways, instead of going out hunting for a spouse I opened up Redcliffs(I forgot I had it installed!) and moved in three Sims. Two guys and a girl(only one of them is one that I made!). Just to see what happens...if anything happens. And me being me I have back-stories for them already!

I even went and ordered the books! GoT is brilliant reading. All the descriptions and all that! And the show has Sean Bean! What could be better!?:P I made another tumblr that's not gaming stuff! More me stuff here.

Anyways, I haven't been on LJ for awhile! Sorry! It's just been crazy busy and I pop in and look at my f-list and pop out! The wedding is almost here. Less than a month away. Hopefully getting my hair braided sometime soon(called today and waiting for the lady to call back to let me know when there's an opening!). I got my gown and it's hanging in the closet. Ordered a new bra to work with the plunging neckline and celebrated my mom's birthday and Mother's Day all in less than a week! LOL!!

Did I mention that my uncle moved down here to be closer to my gram as well? He lived in Jersey for years and years but he came down, loved it and decided to move within the month! :)

Trying to get everything how my sister wants it for the wedding! I keep calling her about the music and what she wants done but she has her own worries(namely her fiance getting HIS passport! O_o).

Did I mention my mom's divorce is final? She went to court on her birthday! She said it's one of the best gifts she's gotten! :D

Still playing DA2 and The Witcher 2 comes out in 10 days. I can't wait for that! Fun times, fun times! Anyways, back to reading GoT!! It's my weekend so I don't have to go to bed just yet!! WOOT!! I think I might take my mom lunch or something! :D

The next EP was announced! Something that isn't weather or pets(seriously getting annoyed with people constantly whining about it when they don't know if there computer can handle it!). There's so much in this EP to be excited about(they're bringing back memories!!!) but I'm not holding my breathe that everything in the trailer is going to be in the game.  If you haven't seen...

Gonna probably be off line for most of the weekend.  My gram is moving down here(should be coming into town at any moment actually) and my weekend is going to be spent helping her move into her new place(and then being accused of stealing something but...whatever! *shrug*). So yeah! I'll try to catch up on my f-list when I can! :)

This is how I wore my hair to work Friday(it's my going out style sometimes!) and everyone loved it. I think mainly because I either wear my hair in a puff or in a larger type 'fro because of the SOP and the dress code. But Friday I felt like doing something different and even tossed on some going out clothes(undershirt required of course!:P Cleavage is a no no!). Of course, than I got the third degree from the officers. Such as: "Who is he?", "Did you run him?" "Have him come up to the PD." Riiiight!! Haha! Gotta love those guys!

Of course I don't always have positive reactions with my hair and it's mainly from older black females. I'm good at letting things roll off my back and when I get annoyed I get really polite so they don't know how to react. Yeah, I'm good with that. One of the ladies at work(who HATES 'kinky' hair as she put it!) actually dug her fingers into my hair and told me how long it was getting! O_o Thank you but...I don't dig my fingers into your hair! There's an officer at work that's going natural and asks me tips and what not. She's upset because her hair doesn't curl at the end like mine does but I keep telling her all hair is different and she's transitioning(meaning she's letting her relaxer grow out and cutting the processed parts). I big chopped(literally BC'ed since I shaved all my hair off and just wore wigs the first year I worked there until Smitty told me to take it off! LOL!). I wish I would have taken pictures of the whole process but...meh!

I'm loving my hair and henna gives it the slight color it has. I find that natural hair products work better for my hair rather than the ones I get from the store. I've spent hours on the internet reading reviews, scouring sites, looking at ingredients...it's fun for me! LOL!! My sister, who is also natural, is thinking about starting to mix her own products which would be awesome!

Don't get me wrong I'm not one of those natural chicks that look down on relaxed hair or goes into spiels about how I'm rocking the hair that God gave me. Do you and what makes you happy and I'm happy for you! It just saves me money in the long run since GA is so hot and I sweat like nobodies business! I had to get touch ups every 4-6 weeks...unlike my mom who can go 2 months without one! I still haven't watched that documentary by Chris Rock: 'Good Hair'. It's on my DVR but I've heard about it. Some good, some bad!

Anyways, I've rambled long enough about random ish but I've been thinking about this for awhile. And Friday just showed me something about the people at my job.

Alright, think I'm going to go watch Shaun of the Dead again...or maybe Just Wright. I wish Boardwalk Empire had more episodes on On Demand since I haven't finished watching them all!! :(
