Got about three hours of sleep then had to get up to go and switch out my health insurance since the PD is changing health care providers. Have to be to work in about thirty minutes. Maybe I'll take a quick nap or something! I can barely keep my eyes open! 

This suck!

dude I hate days like that. sometimes it's better to not sleep at all than to sleep for *3* hours.

Hey there Phoenix! (Kayvon here) Man, you seem to have had a rough one when it comes to your health issues - I don't know that I would still be around if it were me. Just wanted to send some love and encouragement your way - reading your updates keeps a smile on my face many days so its the very least I could do.

Take good care of yourself - you HAVE to put yourself first when in comes to getting well. Some of us just give and give and give.

Hey Kayvon(I like that name!)! I always joke that my body didn't have issues until I got health insurance a little over a year ago! But it seems as if it's SO true man! Ugh!

LOL! I try to push everything to the back of my mind, and for the most part, it seems to work. Other times it just seems to blind side me and it just spirals out ya know?

I'm glad that my updates make you smile!:D Your lovely comment brightened up my day so I guess we're even stevens!! hahaha!!!
