Watching the Color Purple again!

"You sho' is ugly!" Classic line! Or: "She's about to shave Mister!" He almost got his throat slit and didn't even realize it! Idiot man!

I don't know how many times I've watched this movie! It never gets old. My sis and I even used to watch it in Spanish if that's the channel it was on. How crazy is that considering that neither one of us is fluent in Spanish?:P

I probably should be getting some sleep but I'm not tired now. Some of the guys came up and where talking to me so that kept me awake until it was time to go! The guys are awesome!! ♥

I ♥ that movie to no end. I've seen it over 98 times now and I swear I bawl my head off all the way through.

That whole cast deserved Oscars. One of the best movies ever made if ya ask me ... Now I want to watch it again.

I always cry near the end when Shug is singing that church song. After all those years she never gave up on trying to reconnect with her daddy.

"See daddy? Even sinners have song..."

Cue tears there! *sigh* Yeah, that movie was great! It's for sure a classic. And all the lines you put were ones that I was thinking about as well! Haha!

And everyone should have gotten an Oscar just like you said!
